Each participant understands and agrees to play in accordance with the USGA Rules of Golf, Course rules and Tournament format.
Golfers participating in tournaments are responsible for injuries to people or damage to property caused by their own acts, omissions, including but not limited to errant golf shots or driving carts.
Tournament participants agree to hold harmless the FIJI GOLF CLUB & US FIJI GOLF ASSOCIATION of Ca its personnel and agents free from all liabilities, expenses,damages or claims whatsoever resulting from tournaments or social events organized by this club

INDIVIDUAL STROKE PLAY EACH PLAYER PLAYS HIS BALL UNTIL HOLED USGA WILL GOVERN ALL PLAY MARK YOUR BALL AND SHOW YOUR GROUP WHAT BALL YOU ARE PLAYING THE 14 CLUB RULE WILL BE IN EFFECT DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PAIRINGS SET BY THE COMMITTEE:AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION FAILURE TO HOLE OUT: IF A COMPETITOR FAILS TO HOLE OUT AT ANY HOLE AND DOES NOT CORRECT HIS MISTAKE BEFORE HE MAKES A STROKE ON THE NEXT TEEING GROUND OR IN THE CASE OF THE LAST HOLE OF THE ROUND, BEFORE HE LEAVES THE PUTTING GREEN: HE IS DISQUALIFIED.PACE OF PLAY: EACH GROUP MUST KEEP UP WITH THE GROUP AHEAD Each Group must finish within 15 minutes of the Group Ahead. Failure to do so will be a 1 shot Penalty for each player of the group. 20 minutes 2 shot 40 minutes 4 shots ANY PLAYER WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CURRENT INDEX WITH SCGA NCGA GHIN RCGA FGA PLAYER WILL NOT PLAY FOR OPEN NET PRIZE.PLAYER WITHOUT A HANDICAP WILL BE ABLE TO PLAY FOR NET TITLE IN FLIGHTS. SCORE WILL BE ADJUSTED TO RECEIVE 70% OF THE DIFFERENCE FROM PAR ROUNDED DOWN TO THE NEAREST WHOLE NUMBER. ALL APPEALS OR PROTEST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AT THE END OF THE ROUND.RULES COMMITTEE DECISION IS FINAL ONE PRIZE PER PLAYER except skills prizes NTP Long Drive Etc Tie BREAKER WILL BE THE USGA RECOMMENDED BACK NINE (I.E 9 6 3 1)If the tying players have the same score for the last nine, determine the winner on the basis of the last six holes, last three holes and finally the 18th hole. Last nine is considered to be holes 10-18, 13-18, etc.SCORE CARD MUST BE TURNED IN OR PLAYER WILL BE DQ SCORE CARD MUST SIGNED AND TURNED IN BEFORE THE PLAYER LEAVES THE GOLF COURSE IF THE SCORE IS TAKEN OUT OF THE COURSE PLAYER WILL BE DQ . The USFGA has the right to reduce the number of tournaments if the numbers are low, US Fiji Open must have a minimum of 6 in Div I and 10 in Div II. You are responsible for any injury to people or damage to property caused by your actions, including errant golf shots.
